Job Description

Responsible for PhotoMask data processing which includes Layergen and OPC, Managing Final Inspection group, MPW verification, mask purchase requisitions

Working Environment

Assignment Complexity

• Work assignments are routine in nature but require technical understanding of design and tapeout processes.

Accountability/Discretion

•  Will perform tasks with engineering supervision.

Financial Responsibilities

• Assignments have a direct financial impact on business performance. Erroneous decisions will cause significant delays and costs.

Technical Expertise

• Knowledge of scientific concepts and expertise in one or more technical areas will enable more complex assignments involving some analysis and decision making.

Working Relationships

• Regularly works with other similarly classified employees within the company and supports MaskCAD as well as the engineering teams.  Communicates regularly with internal and external customers.

Supervision

• Does have management responsibilities for the Final Inspection Group.  Handles routine tasks with minimal supervision.   

Working Conditions –

• Normal office conditions, NOT a remote position.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Managing Final Inspection group, assigning individual work, determine work priorities
• Use Mentor, Synopsys and Cadence tools in a UNIX environment to process customer data for mask generation and verification that mask data processing is correct (FI). Tapeout of mask data for manufacturing.
• Execute XOR of data between revisions to ensure data integrity.
• Verification (FI) and tapeout of all MPWs.
• Create mask purchase requisitions.
• Familiar with Reticle Grades
• Responsible for Final Inspection Group workflow
• Maintain parts WIP
• Feedback of wafer and mask information to internal and external customers
• Familiar with tapeout/tapein
• Prior Foundry experience is a plus
• Expert familiarity using Unix, Linux, and Window Operating Systems and other scripts and Tools
• Experience working in an environment requiring rapid and flawless execution under quick turnaround requirements
• Extremely detail-oriented 

Job Requirements

• Use of multi-disciplinary approaches to problem solving and knowledge of several processes or technologies important to the company,
• BS Degree with a minimum of two years related experience. Unix experience.
• Familiarity with Synopsys CATS, Mentor Calibre or Cadence software a plus.
• Must be a U.S. person

$120,000 - $160,000
