Oregon State Hospital (OSH) is seeking a dedicated professional to provide administrative support to the Ombuds and Family Services Unit within the Legal Affairs Office. In this vital role, you will help ensure smooth operations of the Ombuds program, working closely with Ombuds staff and hospital leadership to support patients and their families. Your efforts will directly contribute to resolving concerns, fostering communication, and promoting understanding through discussion and the clear explanation of information.

The Oregon State Hospital provides patient-centered, psychiatric treatment for adults from throughout the state who need hospital-level care. Our primary goal is to help people recover from their illness and return to the community. What We Are Looking For
Minimum Qualifications: These qualifications must be visible in your application for consideration.
Two years of secretarial or basic administrative support experience that includes records processing, generating documents, and gathering and sorting data
OR
An associate degree in general office occupations and one year of experience with records processing, generating documents, and gathering and sorting data
OR
An equivalent combination of education and experience.
