Description
This is an exempt, benefited position located at the Oceanside Clinic with coverage responsibilities as needed. Hours are generally Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm and on call requirement.
Eligible for the Management Incentive Compensation Plan.

What you'll do:
- Manage a team of 40 employees and 25 providers covering Internal Medicine, Family Medicine & Pediatrics.
- Daily operations of the patient care units or departments in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
- Contribute to strategic planning of business units.
- Coordinate the ongoing development and productivity of the physician office practices.
- Provide leadership and direction to staff to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations, quality outcomes, and internal and external customer service.
- Responsible for entire scope of department/location, including facilities management (emergency facilities support), where appropriate.
Qualifications
Required Education/Experience/Specialized Skills:
- High school diploma plus five years current applicable experience in a healthcare environment and two years of leadership experience (supervisor and above) .
- Ability to effectively manage healthcare business and operational practices.
- Strong computer skills, including knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other applicable systems.
- Lean Six Sigma experience.
Preferred Education/Experience/Specialized Skills/Certification:
- Bachelor's degre
