You will be a key player in leading our AWS cloud transformation projects and helping our teams to deliver cutting-edge cloud-native applications.</p> <p><br/></p> <p><strong>What Type of Person We Are Looking For:</strong></p> <p>The ideal candidate will:</p> <ul> <li>Be a <strong>team-oriented individual</strong> who thrives in a collaborative environment.</li> <li>Have excellent <strong>problem-solving skills</strong> and a proactive approach to challenges.</li> <li>Be eager to <strong>mentor junior team members</strong> and contribute to a positive, innovative culture.</li> <li>Have a strong sense of <strong>ownership</strong> and the ability to drive projects to completion.</li> <li>Demonstrate <strong>adaptability</strong> to the evolving tech landscape, particularly in cloud transformation and application development.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>AWS certifications, such as <strong>AWS Certified Solutions Architect</strong> or <strong>AWS Certified DevOps Engineer.</strong></li> <li><strong>Kubernetes certifications</strong> like <strong>CKA</strong> or <strong>CKAD</strong>.</li> <li>Experience in telecom or AWS cloud transformation projects.</li> </ul> <p><br/></p> <h3>Requirements</h3> <ul><li>Extensive experience with AWS services, with a focus on running applications on managed services such as <strong>EKS, RDS, DocumentDB</strong>.</li> <li>Experience with <strong>Crossplane</strong>, TLS, policies, and implementing security best practices within AWS.</li> <li>Proficient in <strong>Terraform, CloudFormation,</strong> and <strong>AWS CDK</strong> for managing infrastructure as code.</li> <li>Experience in <strong>GitOps methodologies</strong> with <strong>Jenkins, GitLab</strong>, or AWS-native CI/CD pipelines.</li> <li>Hands-on experience with <strong>CodeBuild</strong> and <strong>CodePipeline</strong> for continuous integration and delivery.</li> <li>Proficiency in <strong>Java (Spring Boot)</strong> and <strong>Python</strong>, with experience in <strong>Go</strong> being a plus.</li> <li>Experience with tools such as <strong>Prometheus, Grafana, Loki,</strong> and <strong>Tempo</strong> for monitoring and observability within Kubernetes environments.</li> <li>Strong experience in <strong>Kubernetes</strong>, particularly in <strong>EKS</strong>, with knowledge of <strong>Argo CD</strong> for GitOps deployments.</li> <li>Expertise in managing <strong>API Gateway</strong> and <strong>DynamoDB</strong>, and experience building microservices.</li> <li>Proficient in front-end frameworks such as <strong>Node.js, Angular,</strong> and <strong>React</strong>.</li><li>Experience developing <strong>Java (Spring Boot)</strong> microservices and maintaining back-end services.</li> <li>Experience in designing reliable systems, automating operational tasks, and improving scalability and performance with <strong>SLIs, SLOs</strong>, and <strong>error budgets</strong>.<br/></li> </ul> <p><strong><br/></strong></p> <p><strong>Want to know more about us?</strong></p> <p>We are serving the Swiss market as Switzerland’s leading IT &amp; Telecom company.
