- Perform month-end closing procedure
- Monthly reconciliation of intra-corporate transaction balances, identifying differences and initiating adjustments
- Preparation and posting of payment proposals to suppliers in the Oracle system (Payments / AP)
- Active management of customer receivables portfolio: monitoring payment terms, collection and weekly reporting of AR status to stakeholders
- Continuous oversight of the fixed asset register: recording admissions, liquidations and transfers, liaising with the US Fixed Assets Team
- Monthly monitoring and verification of balance sheet provisions (e.g., inventories, warranties, vacations) with analysis of deviations
- Full responsibility for the Polish general ledger - correctness and timeliness of GL entries and preparation of period closing entries
- Jointly with the Finance Manager, lead the month and year-end closing process, including preparation of management reports (P&L, BS, CF) and required declarations to the Polish Tax Office
- Supporting the Finance Manager during external and internal audits: preparing documentation, explanations and responses to auditors' inquiries
- Monitoring the profitability of the workshop's operations, analyzing budget-actual deviations and recommending corrective actions
- Control of entered documents in terms of CIT, VAT and WHT
- Maintaining a file of suppliers and customers in the accounting system
- Issuing sales invoices for ongoing projects and recording them in the system
- Supporting the logistics and sales department in terms of proper recognition of transactions and collection of required documentation
- Higher education (finance, accounting, economics)
- Min. 4-5 years of experience in financial accounting or controlling in an international organization - preferred manufacturing/service environment
