RN - Float Home Therapy

WHAT YOU WILL DO The Float Dialysis Nurse role offers a unique opportunity to travel across various locations, providing high-quality dialysis care to patients in need. As a Float Nurse, you will fill temporary staffing gaps, ensuring continuity of care and helping facilities maintain excellent patient outcomes. This position is ideal for experienced dialysis nurses who enjoy flexibility and exploring new environments while delivering exceptional patient care.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS  

Experience:

• Minimum of two (2) years of registered nurse experience.
• One year dialysis nursing experience

Education:

• Graduation from an accredited nursing school or equivalent

License/Certification:

• Current state RN licensure
• Current Healthcare Provider certification (CPR) required

Minimum Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Competent and in-depth knowledge regarding the use of Electronic Health Records
• Ability to organize, prioritize and complete projects independently
• Ability to read, write, speak, understand, and satisfactory communicate in English
• The ability to travel throughout the coverage area
