Brown & Brown Insurance is seeking a Commercial Insurance Producer to join our Property & Casualty team in Milwaukee, WI!

The Sales Producer is responsible for promoting the sale of new and renewal business, providing a source of insurance expertise to clients, and assisting in the growth and profitability of the department. 

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Pursue new client and prospect opportunities in Property/Casualty insurance.

• Building relationships and brand recognition for Brown & Brown in the Milwaukee region.

• Networking with other sales, financial, legal, and HR professionals.

• Bringing new client opportunities to closure.

• Maintaining client relationships for account renewals and continuous growth.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• 3+ years’ experience in B2B Insurance Sales, and/or related experience

• Active WI P&C License (or must be willing to obtain within 60 days of employment)

• Currently networked and familiar with the Milwaukee, WI area

• Entrepreneurial and driven individual that’s motivated to build a book of business.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills.

• Demonstrates a sense of urgency and a proactive approach to meeting client needs.

• Proficient in MS Office Suite

• Exceptional customer service skills

• AMS360 experience / ImageRight preferred
