Humana Healthy Horizons (HHH) in Indiana is seeking a Senior Data Manager (Data Compliance Manager) to manage configuration control, data management, and deficiency reporting. This role is dedicated full-time to the Humana’s Indiana Medicaid product lines. The Data Compliance Manager will provide oversight to ensure the Contractor’s Pathways data conform to FSSA and OMPP data standards and policies.
Position Responsibilities:
- Manage data quality, change management, and data exchanges with FSSA, OMPP or its designee(s).
- Responsible for data quality and verification, data delivery, change management processes used for data extract corrections, and modification and enforcement of data standards and policies for data exchanges to FSSA and OMPP as defined by the State.
- Coordinate with the State to implement data exchange requirements.
- Develops and executes architectures, policies, practices, and procedures that properly manage the full data lifecycle needs of the program
- Attend technical meetings with CIO and IT team

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5 or more years of technical experience in managing data quality and data exchange processes, including data integration and data verification and validation
- Experience with data extraction and analysis technologies such as SAS, SPSS, QlickView, Hadoop, SQL or similar tools
- Knowledgeable in health care data and health care data exchange standards
- Must reside in the state of Indiana and commute to Indianapolis, IN office regularly
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering and/or related field
- Healthcare or managed care experience
