In this exciting role you will be providing general administrative and project support to the Regional Calibration Manager and team. Including preparing communications and maintaining schedules; preparing normal office functions such as setting up and maintaining files, arranging meetings, gathers, compiles and reports on information relevant to department metrics. Independent contributor that can manage and/or lead daily tasks and delivers on timelines. The Metrology Department Project Coordinator is a key cog in our team of 40+.
This role is 100% onsite at our Mounds View, MN site.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
Provide project or program support to a functional group or business process.
Monitor program/project/system status, budgets and timetables.
Apply knowledge of and experience in company operations to assist in the development, implementation and administration of program/system guidelines and procedures.
Gather and compile information for reports.
Provide technical support, which may include program/system training, program/system documentation, data extraction, data review, tracking and coding.
Calibration Database entries, corrections, equipment scrapping, status changes of equipment.
Manage incoming customer requests through ticketing system.
Training coordination, documentation and recording.
Maintaining document retention.
Customer support, guidance and interactions.
Apply knowledge, understand, follow and implement departmental policies and procedures.
Vendor and purchasing support, including organizing, receiving and shipping of equipment.
Interaction and collaboration with other regions in the Global Calibration Services organization.
Local site support in the greater Minneapolis area.
Must Have: Minimum Requirements

Requires minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
Requires High School Diploma or GED
Nice to Have

Proficient in all Microsoft applications
Project Management experience

Training management, Cornerstone experience
Purchase order creation experience
Strong prioritization skills
