Job Summary: 

We are seeking an experienced Senior Engineering Manager with a strong background in Open Banking, Data Engineering, and AI-driven technologies. The ideal candidate will lead high-performing engineering teams to build scalable, compliant, and innovative solutions that power financial data exchange, analytics, and AI-driven insights. This role requires a deep understanding of Open Banking frameworks, data processing architectures, and the application of AI in financial services.

Key Responsibilities:
·      Lead and mentor a team of engineers to build, optimize, and scale Open Banking solutions.
·      Drive the development of AI and ML-powered features within the Open Banking ecosystem.
·      Architect and oversee data engineering pipelines to enable secure and compliant financial data access.
·      Collaborate with Product, Compliance, and Security teams to ensure adherence to financial regulations.
·      Evaluate and integrate AI/ML models to enhance customer insights, fraud detection, and financial decision-making.
·      Define and implement best practices for data governance, security, and API-driven architectures.
·      Stay updated with industry trends in Open Banking, AI, and financial technology to drive innovation.
·      Manage cross-functional initiatives with engineering, product, and business stakeholders.
