Job Description
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Establish, Maintain and Manage the relationship with all key stakeholders
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Schedule meetings with key stakeholders for projects and track with meeting notes
- Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members' individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
- Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with key stakeholders
- Use and continually develop leadership skills
- Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs
Qualifications
- 5+ experience managing web and mobile app development projects in the direct-to-consumer, e-commerce space.
- Assertive with a strong knowledge of and experience with iterative and agile development methodologies. Must be able to ensure agile concepts and principles are adhered to, must be the voice of reason, and must be able to work with your team to make tough calls when necessary.
- Incredibly organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Great at knocking down roadblocks. You are a self-starter, self-motivated, self-directed and self-sufficient. At the same time you are very team oriented.
- Someone who has the attitude of transparency - must desire to bring transparency to the company and grow business trust.
- Detail‐oriented and have the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work across teams to deliver a high‐quality product
- Facilitate effective agile sprint ceremonies, including leading sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives and daily stand ups.
- Coach teams and leaders on agile best practices, always looking for ways to improve productivity
- Extremely proficient using JIRA, Confluence, Asana, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams, Slack
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent certifications
- Certifications: CSM, CSPO, or PMI-ACP, PMP

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay range for this position is listed above. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors such as job-related skills, experience and education. This position is also eligible for a variable pay opportunity and a comprehensive benefits package which includes health, life and disability insurance, generous paid time off including paid parental and family care leave, an employee stock purchase plan and a 401(k) plan with a company match.
