ABOUT THE TEAM
The Warfighter Systems team at Anduril is revolutionizing battlefield technology by developing and deploying products for advantaging the warfighter ability to gain decisive advantage leveraging advanced technologies in Augmented Reality, Virtual Reality, and Extended Reality body-worn mission command and human-centric solutions for the U.S. military and allied forces. Our mission is to enhance warfighter effectiveness, situational awareness, and decision-making capabilities through cutting-edge commercial hardware solutions adapted for military use. We are the primary executor of the IVAS and Soldier Borne Mission Command Architecture and are expanding our reach to bring best-in-class XR technologies to a broader range of defense and national security applications. Our focus is on rapid innovation, seamless integration with existing military systems, human integration with unmanned robotics to deliver transformative capabilities to warfighters globally.
Our ideal candidate will be located in Washington, D.C. but we have several office locations across the Unites States and we are willing to consider remote individuals who meet the job requirements.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Build a cohesive, data-driven strategy within the relevant DOD Program Executive Offices (PEOs), including PEO Soldier, PEO Land Systems, PEO STRI, Marine Corps programs and PEO Special Operations Forces (SOF) Warrior to penetrate, expand, and deliver at scale Anduril’s Warfighter Systems capabilities
- Develop and maintain close working relationships with key Anduril internal teams and stakeholders to identify and shape new business opportunities, proactively communicate and resolve program issues, and provide strategic direction to program teams across mission operations, product engineering, and manufacturing
- Lead the strategic expansion of Anduril's Warfighter Systems portfolio, including AR/VR and XR technologies, warfighter-borne edge compute, body worn mission command and warfighter-borne communications in the Federal Market
- Serve as a leader for existing Warfighter Systems programs within the Connected Warfare Division
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Department of Defense and other government agencies, both domestically and internationally
- Foster a culture of trust, open communications, customer focus, innovation, and continuous improvement
- Lead the expansion of Anduril's Warfighter Systems beyond the U.S. Army, targeting other military branches and allied forces globally
- Develop and coordinate programmatic funding and growth with direct coordination with our Government Relations, Strategy team and adjacent business lines.
- Deliver on financial performance commitments and build strategic market growth initiatives
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- The ideal candidate is a proven growth leader who has demonstrated experience in shaping and capturing complex Edge and tactical Mission Command & Control, Compute, Communications, and “Soldier Warrior” hardware and software programs
- Demonstrated knowledge in defense acquisitions, with a history of zero-to-one and scaling large Program of Record defense program growth, either from Government or industry experience
- Intimate understanding of requirements generation, acquisition strategy development, programming, planning, and budgeting cycles for the purposes of transitioning prototype capabilities to production
- A technically minded leader who can build, adapt, and implement new and innovative approaches to market
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced, highly entrepreneurial, and creative environment
- Ability to identify, establish and use important customer relationships with senior level officials and program stakeholders within defense and intelligence community to drive capability adoption
- Demonstrated high-energy leader who will drive performance and exhibit strong management skills with a high level of emotional intelligence
- Excellent writing, communication skills with experience briefing senior executives
