Senior Clinical Consultant – Perioperative Transformation & Surgical Intelligence (contract/contract to hire)

We are seeking a high-energy, consultative Senior Clinical Consultant – Perioperative Transformation & Surgical Intelligence to drive new business growth across hospital systems, Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs), and surgical centers. This role is focused on hunting and pipeline generation—identifying prospects, building relationships with executive and clinical stakeholders, and advancing opportunities from first contact through close.

You’ll thrive if you have experience selling enterprise healthcare technology (MedTech, SaaS, or surgical solutions), and if you’re motivated by building something in a startup environment—where pace, persistence, and creativity matter.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Serve as a trusted advisor to hospital executives, surgeons, and perioperative leaders, helping them achieve operational and clinical transformation goals.
• Lead change management initiatives, including Lean Six Sigma workshops, governance planning, and executive communications.
• Guide clients in adopting and optimizing video-based surgical software and analytics platforms to drive workflow improvements, training, and decision-making.
• Facilitate governance structures and communication plans that ensure sustained adoption and measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal teams across product, services, and commercial functions to ensure seamless client delivery.
• Balance execution and leadership—comfortable performing consulting work directly while also coordinating and mentoring others.
• Represent the company with professionalism, humility, and confidence in both strategic and operational settings..
