Software Quality Assurance Lead

If you love acting as an independent quality authority, influencing teams through governance and representing quality to customers and stakeholders, this role is for you!</p> <h2><strong>✨ What You’ll Do </strong></h2> <ul> <li>As an individual contributor, define, maintain, and improve <strong>organization-wide QA standards and quality processes</strong>.</li> <li>Lead and support<strong> ISO 9001/ASPICE readiness and certification activities</strong>. </li> <li>Establish and audit compliance with internal quality policies and procedures.</li> <li>Review and approve <strong>test strategies, test plans, and test results</strong> for software releases. </li> <li>Assess release readiness and <strong>approve or block releases from a quality perspective</strong>. </li> <li>Act as a <strong>primary quality contact for customers</strong>, answering questions related to processes, controls, and quality practices. </li> <li>Identify quality risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities.</li> <li>Define and monitor <strong>quality metrics and release quality criteria</strong>.</li> <li>Promote pragmatic, <strong>efficient compliance</strong> that supports delivery goals. </li> </ul> <h2><strong>🎯 What We’re Looking For</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Proven experience in <strong>Software Quality Assurance</strong> in a senior or lead role in regulated or high-quality environments. </li> <li>Experience with quality maturity standards in medical or automotive fields (ASPICE). </li> <li>Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and SDLCs. </li> <li>Experience reviewing and approving test plans and release readiness. </li> <li><strong>Detail-oriented</strong>, with strong analytical and auditing skills. </li> <li>Strong verbal and written communication skills. </li> <li>Comfortable interacting with <strong>customers, auditors, and cross-functional teams</strong>. </li> <li>Confident, pragmatic, and able to balance <strong>compliance with delivery efficiency</strong>.</li> </ul> <p><em>Don’t meet every single requirement?
