Our goal is to streamline processes, create tools & analytical solutions to simplify reporting and drive efficiency across the company. The Financial analyst will report to Budapest Senior Manager with regular exposure to senior leadership. The senior analyst will be providing comprehensive planning & analysis to business partners and will also drive the improvement of processes & tools to support decision making.<p></p><p></p><p><b>Senior Business Partner, Financial Planning and Analysis</b> </p><ul><li>Follow up and analyze Manufacturing related CAPEX spend</li><li>Create transparent cost center plan for Supply Chain and manufacturing cost centers, manage FTE related spends, and all related logistic cost (inbound, outbound )</li><li>Participate in logistic project, scenario planning</li><li>Consolidate all marketing related cost center spends in sales and central marketing areas, create marketing activity tracker</li><li>Monitor headcount and service related cross charges between legal entities, provide transparent overview</li><li>Work in close cooperation with accounting related to cost center ownership, manage the cost center charges to the right owner</li><li>Lead and/or execute internal projects ( KPI, Overtime analysis and reduction proposal, Account receivables accrual etc. )</li></ul><ul><li>Participate in monthly closing process</li><li>Analyze and comment plan-actual-forecast variances related to headcount and indirect cost</li><li>Prepare monthly management summary about the result to main stakeholders, highlight the main risks and opportunities, organize regular reviews</li><li>Monthly update, forecast of headcount and all related expenses and the indirect expenses (marketing, travel, consulting etc. )</li><li>Work closely with main stakeholders, hiring managers, representative of business line, and with segment finance team,</li><li>Create predictable model based on historical data to improve forecast and budget accuracy considering available information about hiring, fluctuation, OPEX seasonality, one time OPEX impacts</li><li>Prepare the yearly budget for Headcount, employee related expenses and OPEX</li><li>Provide insightful proposals regarding target achievements</li><li>Approve purchasing requests and personnel requisitions with budget control</li></ul><p></p><p>Requirements:</p><ul><li><span>5-7 years of relevant experience in a similar position </span></li><li><span>Experience in an SSC environment</span></li><li><span>Effective interpersonal skill</span></li><li><span>Team player who has willingness to undertake opportunities in order to support team members and improve overall effectiveness of the function</span></li><li><span>Ability to create a bridge between finance and business and analyze impacts of actions to the business from financial view</span></li><li><span>Detail oriented, highly organized and can work with voluminous data.</span></li><li><span>High analytical aptitude and a strong drive to learn.</span></li><li><span>Willingness to take initiative, seek and accept new challenges</span></li><li><span>Ability to adapt in a fast paced and quickly changing environment.</span></li></ul><p></p><p><span>#LI-Hybrid </span></p><p><span>#LI-CORP</span></p><p></p><p><b>Who we are</b><span>: We are a team of more than 73,000 highly dedicated Healthineers in more than 70 countries.
