The Opportunity: 

PB&G Server & Bartender

  

Who We Look For: 

We are looking for an individual who can provide dining support at our relaxing, outdoor poolside restaurant, PB&G. Inspired by local waters, vegetation and farms of the south, take ease with familiar favorites and southern comforts. You will provide an enjoyable, expertly served beverage or dining experience conforming to Four Seasons standards of excellence for quality, professionalism and friendliness. In this role, you will also support the Cove bar operations by bartending when needed for occupancy.

 

 Responsibilities:  

• Provide exceptional knowledge of all available menu options, beverage lists and daily specials as well as information regarding preparation methods 

• Ensure each guest is greeted promptly, courteously, graciously with eye contact, and a smile 

• Display impressive salesmanship in guiding guests through menus and maximizing revenue with upsell opportunities 

 

Minimum Qualifications:  

• Prior experience in fine dining is preferred, though not required. 

• Able to read each table and adapt to the guest, creating a customized experience 

• Thrive working in a fast paced, and large team environment 

• Able to work outside during times of high temperatures 

• Experience working 1-2 years of Food & Beverage 

• A sincere willingness to provide service to residents, guests, and peers. 

• Good organizational skills, with the ability to work independently. 

• Ability to function well under pressure, set priorities and adjust to changing conditions. 

• High work ethic, with a sense of responsibility for the role filled within our team.
