The primary focus of the Associate, Quality Control (QC) role will be to perform GMP testing to support product release and in-process testing. This role will also provide technical support and troubleshooting for analytical or microbiological tests.

  • Perform or support cGMP activities, such as but not limited to, sample management, product testing, raw material release, environmental monitoring sample collection and processing, and system and equipment maintenance support.

  • Support sample management.

  • Support assay transfer and method validation.

  • Identify and facilitate continuous improvement projects.

  • Identify and initiate Deviations, CAPA’s and Laboratory Investigations.

  • Ensure timely completion of testing and tasks as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Demonstrated experience with basic laboratory techniques and laboratory safety practices.

  • Detail oriented with ability to work in a high-paced team environment, meet deadlines, and prioritize work from multiple projects.

  • Strong analytical and communication skills

  • Computer proficiency as well as the ability to master new software programs.

  • Experience working a GMP environment is preferred.

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • 0-2 years of regulated industry experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Work hours: Wed-Sat (1330-0000) compensation will include additional 10% shift differential for working evening shift.

Compensation Overview:

Bothell - WA - US: $35.29 - $42.77per hour

The starting compensation range(s) for this role are listed above for a full-time employee (FTE) basis. Additional incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility) may be available. The starting pay rate takes into account characteristics of the job, such as required skills, where the job is performed, the employee’s work schedule, job-related knowledge, and experience. Final, individual compensation will be decided based on demonstrated experience.
