Core products include chocolate, decorations, creams, inclusions, pastry mixes, gelato ingredients, and other bakery / pastry ingredients.Headquartered in Italy, IRCA Group has a strong track record of growth over the last decade, with 22 manufacturing facilities all over the world, 2000+ employee and €1 billion of revenues. Purpose of Position:The Senior Sales ControllingManager is a critical member of the Controlling Team and a cross-functional leader in Irca Group transformation journey. This leader is responsible for leading the regional company strategy and execution plan in support of key business functions. This position works closely with the various Business teams around the world, to identify requirements and deliver solutions most meaningful for short-term and long-term decision support. This is a highly visible role for an energetic individual who can function in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and who has excellent communication and collaboration skills. <h3>Activities /responsibilities: </h3> <ul> <li>Leading preparation of the annual budget, quarterly budget review and monthly forecast for volumes, discounts, sales and direct margin</li><li>Monthly Consolidated reporting preparation</li><li>BOD deck preparation</li><li>Margin analysis for any key category and business relevant object, preparation of monthly, weekly and daily financial forecast &amp; actual reporting, preparation of sales and margins KPI tracking &amp; analysis of Actual data vs Forecast</li><li>Be a business partner to Irca Sales team and Management in reviewing, analyzing and interpreting actual and budgetary information</li><li>Provide guidance, training and mentorship to his/her team to create sales plans and set goals</li><li>Motivate the team to build strong relationship with internal customers to support them and understand the business</li><li>Liaise with Corporate groups on any financial &amp; reporting related matters, to ensure compliance with IFRS, Local GAAP and Corporate Policies</li><li>Ad-hoc projects/tasks as and when assigned by the management</li><br/></ul> <h3>Requisitions: </h3> <ul> <li>Degree in Economics or Finance</li><li>Experience building financial models and scenario planning</li><li>8+ years of related experience (ideally in private equity owned companies)</li><li>Proficient English written &amp; spoken</li><li>MS Office, Advanced Presentation &amp; Excel Skills, Knowledge of ERP systems Tagetik + SAP BW/AFO</li><li>Leadership skills</li><li>Self-motivated individual with excellent analytical &amp; communication skills</li><li>Versatile team player </li><li>Willingness to travel</li></ul>
