Westminster is recruiting for a hospitality focused Bartender/Cocktail Server to join our culinary team! This role provides full-scope, hands on serving functions within the community.   
Here are some of the job responsibilities:

• Takes orders, provides service and requested items both graciously and courteously. Answers pertinent questions about drink items.
• Clears all tableware from tables and bar after service.
• Stocks, restocks and rotates supplies.
• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations (TABC certified)
• Knowledge of mixology for traditional and creative cocktails
• Understanding of unique and complementary flavor pairings
• Ability to enforce company policies regarding the consumption of alcohol (3 drinks limit per resident)
• Accountability in maintaining inventory 
• Physical ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
• Wiping down the bar and bottles each night
• Batching juices, mixers and simple syrups
• Polishing glassware and storing properly

Qualifications:

Previous Experience with bartending in a hotel, restaurant, club, or fine dining establishment preferred.
