Welcome to Bosch.</strong></p><p>The Bosch Thermotechnik GmbH is looking forward to your application!</p><h3>Job Description</h3><ul><li>As part of our team you represent our company in national and international associations and work in standardization committees related to electronics.</li><li>You track new/updated norms and standards for electronics and work with the engineering teams to ensure product compliance.</li><li>As communicative person, you cooperate in an international network of experts and with external partners.</li><li>For major updates of norms and standards you lead umbrella projects to execute updates of our product portfolio, procedures and policies.</li><li>You sketch and execute trainings for the engineering teams to keep and increase awareness on regulatory topics.</li><li>Last but not least, you host the conformity declarations (e.g. CE for EU) of our products and address and track updates during full product lifecycle.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li><strong>Education: </strong>Degree within engineering, e.g.: electronics engineering, physics or comparable</li><li><strong>Experience and Knowledge:</strong> more than 3 years experience in engineering and industrialization of electronics and maintenance during product lifecycle, know-how in international norms, product standards and certification processes with focus on electronics (e.g. RoHS, RED) as well as experience in supervision of fulfillment, managing norm updates and audits related to norms and standards</li><li><strong>Personality and Working Practice:</strong> excellent team- and networking abilities, intercultural awareness, communication skills with suppliers, customers and international standardization institutions and notified bodies as well as readiness to travel</li><li><strong>Enthusiasm: </strong>intrinsic motivation in supervision of changes of international standards and deriving requirements changes for products</li><li><strong>Languages: </strong>fluent in English</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p>Diversity and inclusion are not just trends for us but are firmly anchored in our corporate culture.
