UAV Program Lead (m/f/d) – Production, Delivery & Service

The Role

We’re looking for a hands-on and driven UAV Program Lead (m/f/d) to take end-to-end ownership of our UAV product line—from production through delivery and field service. In this role, you’ll lead cross-functional teams across manufacturing, logistics, customer support, and supply chain to scale our systems from industrialization to field deployment.

• Lead the full delivery lifecycle of the UAV product line from manufacturing through to field deployment
• Build and manage cross-functional teams across production, quality, logistics, field service, and customer success
• Oversee supply chain operations in close collaboration with key suppliers and hardware stakeholders
• Translate technical capabilities into scalable products by coordinating production plans, quality metrics, and yield optimization
• Ensure serviceability and long-term maintainability through support models, training programs, and repair strategies
• Monitor and improve key operational KPIs, including unit cost, yield, and mean time between failures (MTBF)
• Maintain strict compliance with export control regulations and related documentation requirements
