Job Description: 

As a Delivery Leader, you’ll work with leaders in the public sector to solve problems, build consensus and implement policies and programs that impact millions of people. You’ll bring a strong combination of strategic leadership, client-facing delivery, and technical data fluency, including familiarity with emerging technologies such as AI tools, data visualization platforms, and digital solutions that support effective decision-making and performance management. DA has a growing portfolio of work within North America supporting governments at every level deliver on their biggest challenges. 

DA works closely with governments in these areas and others, all over the world, to implement policy in a way that translates to real outcomes for everyday people. We do the same for foundations and social impact organizations, helping turn innovative programs into lasting impact. In short, we help public sector partners get things done. What You’ll Do  

As a Delivery Leader focused on AI, you will:  

• Lead project delivery for government and mission-driven partners, using DA’s methodology and delivery tools to drive progress toward measurable outcomes.  

• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and navigate complex ecosystems of influence.  

• Apply your understanding of AI and emerging technologies to help clients explore and implement responsible, high-impact applications — particularly in public sector or social impact contexts.  

• Facilitate data-informed decision-making through dashboards, AI tools, or digital solutions.  

• Guide internal and external teams in using GenAI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) to support problem-solving and delivery.  

• Translate complex insights into compelling memos, visualizations, and presentations tailored to diverse audiences.  

• Run effective workshops, routines, and strategic problem-solving sessions — sometimes with teams unfamiliar with digital/AI tools. 

 

Skill sets. 

DA Delivery Leaders (DLs) work hand-in-hand with our clients (in government, in philanthropy, and at multi-lateral and nonprofit organizations). They are comfortable building and leading direct client relationships, drafting materials based on client need and feedback from other DA team members, and being both proactive and reactive within a typical professional services client project context.
