Your mission will include nurturing and expanding our client base, both by fortifying existing relationships and pioneering new territories. In addition to managing the inventory and ensuring smooth operations, you'll also uphold the highest standards of health and safety compliance, oversee fleet operations, and contribute to our strategic proposals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and optimize the performance of all divisional personnel, balancing emergency and scheduled project management.
  • Embrace and champion the latest technological advancements for operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development team to nurture and secure new business ventures.
  • Ensure meticulous billing and record-keeping for all stakeholders.
  • Support marketing efforts to highlight our comprehensive service offerings.
  • Develop and enforce health and safety protocols, aiming for no compromises on compliance.
  • Maintain oversight of regional operations, including staff, fleet, and facilities management.
  • Facilitate team meetings to ensure alignment and foster open communication.
  • Engage in regular reporting and strategic discussions with senior management.
  • Be readily available for after-hours emergencies and participate in the on-call rotation schedule.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Branch Manager in environmental remediation, with a strong grasp of P&L management.
  • A track record of coaching, mentoring, and creating a positive team environment.
  • A minimum of a High School Diploma or GED; a Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
  • At least five years of experience in project management and employee relations within a related field.
