Position Summary:

Precast Specialties is seeking a Business Development Associate to support growth across its product lines and expand market presence. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, supporting sales initiatives, and building strong relationships with clients and industry stakeholders. 

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities.
Support sales efforts across multiple product lines.
Build and maintain relationships with clients and industry partners.
Assist in expanding into new markets and projects.
Collaborate with internal teams to support growth initiatives.
Contribute to overall business development strategy.

Qualifications:

Experience in construction, manufacturing, or related industries preferred.
Understanding technical products and applications.

Technical or business background preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively.
Qualifications
