Job Description
The Kraft Heinz Company is currently seeking a Team Lead to work at our production facility in Mason City, Iowa. Ideal candidates must be safety and quality orientated and willing to work in a team-orientated, fast-paced work environment.
Minimum Qualifications
· Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or GED
· Requires flexibility to work rotating 4x4 12-hour day and night shifts; weekends and holidays required.
· Ability to work overtime as needed.
· Strong, communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
· Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Teams, and PowerPoint
· Experience in food or consumer packaged goods manufacturing
· Understanding of Daily Management Systems
· Understands importance of complying with Standard Operating Procedures
· Project ideation, generation, implementation, and project completion.
· Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment with people of varying skills and backgrounds.
· Knowledge of safety policies and procedures i.e. (lock-out / tag-out, confined space entry).
Benefits & Compensation Overview:
· Starting rate $34.56/hour.

Work Schedule:
· 12-hour shifts – rotating days and nights, weekends and holidays.

Job Overview:
Reporting to the Production Supervisor, this role drives key systems—including Clean, Inspect & Lube, Centerline Management, 5S, process data integrity, and scrap elimination—while actively participating in planning and daily meetings. The employee develops process standards, leads root-cause problem-solving, and coach teams to build strong problem-solving skills and ensure effective system execution.
Responsibilities & Duties include but are not limited to:
· Adheres to the Team Lead Leader Standard Work
· Spend 75% of the day on the floor guiding line teams and escalating for support when thresholds are met
