Get ready to make a real impact in a certified B Corp as our Talent Acquisition Specialist HQ & Retail (Maternity Cover) by identifying, attracting and hiring top talent for our store management, optician, and retail assistant positions across the regions. 

It’s an exciting time for Ace & Tate, as we continue to build our brand and reach new customers. Your role will be instrumental in ensuring timely and successful hiring to support the efficient operation of our stores. 

You'll be..

• Partnering closely with the Hiring Managers on HQ, Regional Managers, Store Managers and HR to understand our talent requirements, ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process and the best candidate experience
• Designing and implementing recruitment and employer branding strategies to attract qualified candidates for HQ, store management, optician, and retail assistant positions
• Sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and direct sourcing techniques
• Providing guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the selection process
• Building and maintaining relationships with external recruitment agencies, universities, and professional organisations to expand the candidate pool and enhance employer branding
• Utilising our ATS and other recruitment tools to maintain accurate candidate data and generate reports on recruitment metrics

You…

• Are available for 6 months as of half February 2024
• Are available full time (40 hours) or part time (32/36 hours)  
• Have proven experience as Talent Acquisition Specialist, preferably in retail
• Have a strong understanding of recruitment strategies and best practices for attracting and selecting talent
• Are familiar with applicant tracking systems (we use SmartRecruiters) and other recruitment software
• Have excellent sourcing and networking skills to identify potential candidates
• Have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and hiring managers effectively
• Have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
• Our communication language is English, German or Dutch is preferred for the role.
