About the Employee Communications & Advocacy Manager - Care Team  at Headspace Health:

This position is responsible for supporting Headspace Health's Care team internal employee communications program, which is designed to promote employee engagement, build and support our culture, and educate and align our care team with strategic business priorities. This candidate will have a passion for all things communications-related that help to engage and inspire our care team of over 200+ employees. This role reports into Headspace Health's Senior Manager, Communications and sits within the Headspace Health Global Communications & Corporate Marketing team.

How your skills and passion will come to life at Headspace Health:

  • Execute on the Care Services Communications Plan including:
    • Works with Care Leadership, including the managers and directors, and Care Team People Business Partner to develop and execute communications needs
    • Creating and managing care team editorial calendar to ensure the timely and relevant execution of communications and coordination with other announcements
    • Implementing and utilizing a more structured communications process 
    • Highlighting the value of the work the care services team is doing for individuals and the organization 
    • Develop structured relationships between care team communications and the DEI&B team
  • Works with the care leadership team, Sr. Communications manager and VP of Corporate Marketing & Communications to help celebrate and elevate our care team members internally and externally and establish a strong employer brand for care practitioners 
  • Assists in the planning, coordination and execution of internal care team events, including the Coach and Therapy Team Executive Q&As
  • Assists in the planning, coordination and execution of internal employee events, including the bi-weekly All-Hands event and annual All-Hands events, with focus on care team contributions and highlights

What you’ve accomplished:

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing and communications
  • Experience in internal employee communications
  • Excellent writing and editing skills 
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
  • Comfortable with a fast-paced, high-growth environment 
  • Confident, self-starter with willingness to work both autonomously and with cross-functional partners
  • Strong project and account management skills
  • Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Experience working with healthcare organizations preferred, but not required
