Digital Employee Experience Leader

Role Summary
- As an employee experience leader in IT, you will be responsible for designing, developing and delivering a holistic and innovative employee experience strategy that aligns with the IT vision and goals.
- You will lead the digital assistant implementation project, which aims to provide a personalized and seamless IT & HR support experience for all employees using artificial intelligence and natural language processing.
- You will define and execute an employee experience roadmap that covers the end-to-end employee journey in IT, from onboarding to offboarding, and includes initiatives such as feedback, recognition, learning, development, wellness and engagement.
- You will drive change and communication management across IT and the wider organization, ensuring that employees are informed, engaged and empowered to adopt new technologies, processes and behaviors that enhance their experience and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the digital assistant implementation project, managing the project team, budget, timeline, scope, quality and risks.
- Collaborate with IT stakeholders, vendors, users and other functions to define the digital assistant requirements, features, functionalities and user interface.
- Design and conduct user testing, feedback sessions, training and adoption activities to ensure the digital assistant meets the user needs and expectations.
- Monitor and measure the digital assistant usage, satisfaction, impact and benefits, and provide regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
- Define and execute an employee experience roadmap that aligns with the IT vision and goals, and supports the employee value proposition.
- Conduct employee research, surveys, interviews and focus groups to understand the employee needs, pain points, preferences and aspirations in IT.
- Identify and prioritize employee experience initiatives and projects that address the employee needs and enhance the employee journey in IT.
- Implement and evaluate employee experience initiatives and projects, ensuring they are aligned with the IT culture, values and behaviors.
- Drive change and communication management across IT and the wider organization, using various channels, methods and tools to inform, engage and empower employees.
- Develop and execute change and communication plans, strategies and campaigns for IT initiatives and projects, ensuring they are aligned with the organizational vision and goals.
- Assess and monitor the change and communication impact, effectiveness and outcomes, and provide regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT, Business, communication or related field.
- At least 15+ years of experience in employee experience, digital assistant, change management, communication or related field.
- Proven track record of leading and delivering successful employee experience, digital assistant, change management and communication projects in IT or related field.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of employee experience, digital assistant, change management and communication principles, practices and trends.
- Excellent project management, problem-solving, analytical and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication, presentation, facilitation and influencing skills.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, teams and cultures.
- Highly creative, innovative and customer-centric mindset.
- Passionate, enthusiastic and motivated to create a positive and engaging employee experience in IT.
The base salary range for this position is as mentioned below per year. We also provide competitive benefits, incentive compensation, and/or equity for certain roles.
Company benefits include health. dental, and vision insurance. 401(k), and paid leave. Please note that the base salary range (OR hourly rate) is a guideline, and individual total compensation may vary based on a number of factors such as qualifications, skill level, work location, and other business and organizational needs.
