Business Development Representative

City Wide Facility Solutions – Fort Wayne, IN (Hybrid)
Pay: $20–$22 per hour plus commissions

We're currently looking for a motivated Business Development Specialist to join our growing team in Fort Wayne, IN. This hybrid role is perfect for someone who thrives on making connections, is organized, and enjoys being part of a mission-driven company.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to potential business clients (B2B).
• Identify customer needs and match them with City Wide’s service offerings.
• Accurately manage and update customer records in the CRM system.
• Support business development initiatives and follow up on leads.
• Collaborate with the local sales and operations team as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience using CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
• Strong phone communication skills and professional presence.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Prior experience with B2B calling is preferred but not required.
• Self-starter with strong organization and time-management skills.

Compensation & Perks

• $20–$22 per hour, based on experience.
