About This Role:
Location: Cypress, CA
iRhythm Technologies, Inc. is looking for a Complaint Technician to join our Quality Engineering department. The Complaint Technician supports Complaint Handling by performing testing and inspections on returned product, documents the testing results, and dispositioning the product. The responsibility of the Product Quality Technician is to assist with field investigations and drive continuous improvement of product and processes. The role will primarily support root cause analysis of product with embedded systems, electrical and mechanical characteristics. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills and eager to confront technical challenges!

What You WIll Be Doing
- Receive and triage returned material into the complaints lab.
- Perform inspections and testing to support complaint investigations.
- Document findings in complaint investigations.
- Material disposition
- Maintain Quality Assurance Lab in accordance with documented procedures
Skills and Knowledge:
- Knowledge of basic laboratory equipment (e.g. multimeters) and testing to perform quality inspections
- Ability to read and understand information about device complaints, follow written instructions
- Work independently
- Communicate clearly
- Familiar with working in controlled environments an asset
Education and Experience:
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in an applied science or engineering field preferred.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in the medical device industry or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Background in electronics, software engineering and/or product development engineering preferred

Estimated Pay Range
