Position Summary:
As the Senior Manager, Functional Relationship Management (FRM) for our Technical & Production functions you will play a critical role in enabling, integrating and driving our Nestlé USA digital transformation. You will lead and partner with Nestlé USA (NUSA) business partners in the Technical & Production and Digital Manufacturing functions to foster strong relationships, develop a joint digital strategy and roadmap and shape and own the delivery of the business value in line with the strategy. You will interface with the regional and global IT teams and champion the IT strategy in alignment with NUSA business strategy, to ensure that the IT roadmap and associated product/project portfolio maximizes investment and value realization. You will play an active role in in leading and coaching Project and Product Teams (Program Managers, IT leaders, business analysts, strategic partners ,etc…) through the delivery and transformation to deliver and integrate with business value as the guiding light. Provide and foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Strategic Partner / Business Intimacy – Builds and fosters strong relationships and becomes a trusted partner for the business; develops deep understanding of the overall business; communicates and collaborates regularly with Business
- IT Strategy – Drives market’s digital roadmap and strategy; works to leverage the benefits of the IT strategies (product strategies and IT operating model) in order to deliver value at the local level. Helps find the balance between benefits of scale vs benefits of differentiation with solutions that are as global as possible and as local as needed
- Prioritization & Demand Shaping – Partners with Business to shape demand of IT portfolio and prioritization of efforts based on business need. Represents Business priorities across IT teams
- Accountability of IT Delivery – Accountable for technology initiatives delivered to market (from conception through delivery and post launch); represents business, facilitates requirements, and assembles team for delivery; works with team to ensure digital solutions are sustainable for long-term growth.
- Influences Products and End to End Ecosystems - Collaborates with Regional and Global IT leaders and Product groups to ensure understanding of the business strategy, goals, and context to properly incorporate those into the product roadmaps
- Innovation - Drives ideation and innovation to help determine how emerging technology can help the business
- Business & Financial Value – Ensures IT project portfolio maximizes investment and value realization; accountable for market’s IT budget
- Support building Digital Fluency program within business function
- Communicates and leads a clear mission, vision, and guiding principles for the team to align with the IT and business strategies and drive the IT and digital service strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management or related field.
- 8+ years experience in Information Technology including program/project management and business.
- 3+ years of experience in Digital Manufacturing products with focus on MES, SAP in manufacturing and advanced analytical tools such as Trendminer
- 3+ years of experience in digital technologies with focus on Safety, QM, Performance, Analytical tools, Labour Planning preferred
- 2+ years experience leading initiatives/transformations across enterprise platforms preferred.
The approximate pay range for this position is $155,000.00 to $190,000.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
