We are seeking enthusiastic interns for the Shiseido Hajimari Summer Internship program, a paid, full-time, 9-week experience from June 2nd to August 1st. Based in our New Jersey and New York offices, this program offers hands-on exposure to the full product life-cycle, from Marketing to Manufacturing, along with impactful projects, networking opportunities, and professional development workshops. About our NARS Global Education and Artistry Team:
The Global Education and Artistry Team drives the artistry perspective and philosophy of the NARS brand and supports sell through.
The team produces a series of programs and activations to advance the development of technical and commercial skills of global Trainers and Artists who train retail employees that sell NARS products to consumers in all retail locations. Global Education and Artistry works cross functionally with the Global Marketing and Product Development teams to create the artistry and selling strategy for NARS products which in turn informs the Digital, eCom and Visual Merchandising strategies.
This internship will directly support the Digital Education programs, focusing on content creation and community engagement for the eLearning App and internal Instagram account that supports the global teams. A strong grasp of video creation, social media content and trends, along with a passion for makeup application and artistry are essential to this role.
Overview:
- The Global Education and Artistry Internship is an opportunity to work in a collaborative, team driven department supporting the planning and execution of digital and virtual initiatives to support Global Education & Artistry Events and Programs
- This role will contribute to the evolution of digital materials and media and offer a digital native and Gen Z perspective to help guide and enhance education initiatives on the department’s digital platforms (eLearning App and department Instagram Account)
What You’ll Do:
- Support ideation and execution of digital content strategy, propose new ideas and seek new ways to increase engagement and elevate content based on current trends in beauty, social media, and digital
- Assist with developing new ways to leverage Global community’s talent and the platforms’ features to create engaging content
- Conduct competitive research to help identify trends in beauty, digital, and social media that can be implemented on department platforms
- Assist with community management, monitor engagement, and support content curation based on education content strategy
- Participate and support other team programs on an as needed basis including planning, organization and execution of training events, other department related meetings and daily operations
Requirements:
- Must be a rising Junior or Senior in college working towards a bachelor’s degree
- Effective communication skills, attention to detail, and highly organized
