Abound Health, a provider of home and community services for adults with intellectual disabilities, is seeking dedicated Caregivers to provide services in Robbinsville, NJ and surrounding areas. As a Caregiver, you will play a crucial role in providing care and support to individuals in need, promoting their well-being and independence.

Responsibilities:

• Building trusting relationships with clients to facilitate effective care and support
• Providing assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) and personal care tasks
• Administering medications following proper protocols
• Assisting with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and companionship
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care plans
• Maintaining accurate documentation of client interactions and progress

Skills:

• Strong caregiving skills with a focus on empathy and patience
• Ability to administer medications accurately
• Competence in assisting with ADLs for individuals with varying needs

Job Types Available:

Pay: Starting at $20 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week

*$1000 Signing Bonus Details

• $333 paid out after working 90 days with an average of 20 hours per week
• $333 paid out after working 6 months (180 days) with an average of 20 hours per week
• $334 paid out after working 1 year (365 days) with an average of 20 hours per week
• Applicant cannot have been employed by Abound Health (or any of our newly acquired companies) in the past 18 months
• Signing bonus not applicable for Residential Services
• Employees hired as Relative as Providers (RAPs) are not eligible for the Signing Bonus
