Responsible for execution of complex project/program plan. Performs project/program management activities defining scheduling, budget, risk, change, opportunity and resource management activities. Performs technical review of product and process design and documentation. Executes continuous improvement plan.

Responsibilities

  • Supports Logistics Manager in clarifying customer requirements and specifications, during the request for proposal and proposal.

  • Designs and develops the technical specifications, timeline, milestones and budget needed in the project.

  • Coordinates resources and monitors and reports progress and milestones regularly to all stakeholders.

  • Negotiates or contributes to negotiations with suppliers and vendors.

  • Responsible for meeting all project milestones and technical objectives.

  • Monitors the budget adherence and may take actions to minimize non-conformance costs.

  • Checks projects results, designs respective test procedures and monitors test results.

  • Ensure proper documentation of project results, and of all products, services or technologies delivered.

 

Education, Experience and Knowledge/Skills,

  • Bachelor's Degree and at least 2-4 years' experience focusing on and identifying suppliers.

  • Demonstrates extensive knowledge in field of specialization or multiple disciplines to the

  • successful completion of complex assignments.

  • Successfully serves as point of authority and/or source of technical/scientific knowledge for area of expertise.

  • Demonstrates comprehensive knowledge of organization's business practices and issues faced and contributes to problem resolution of those issues.

The base pay range for this position is:

$107,060 - $147,202

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
