Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sitecore Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-level Sitecore Experience Platform (XP) solutions. This role requires deep technical and product expertise in Sitecore, strong leadership capabilities, and hands-on experience delivering scalable, performant, and maintainable digital solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including UI, DevOps, BA, and QA to drive architectural decisions and ensure delivery excellence.

Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

  • Lead the architecture, design, and development of Sitecore XP solutions (preferably 10.x or later).
  • Provide technical direction and mentorship to Sitecore developers and front-end engineers.
  • Define and enforce Sitecore development best practices, coding standards, and DevOps processes.

Solution Architecture

  • Design composable, headless, or hybrid Sitecore solutions aligned with solution architecture goals.
  • Develop and maintain architectural documentation including solution diagrams, component models, and deployment topology.
  • Integrate Sitecore with composable systems (CRM, DAM, ERP, Search, Marketing Automation, Personalization, CDP).

Project Delivery

  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and scalable Sitecore implementations.
  • Guide development through full SDLC (Agile/Scrum), including code reviews and CI/CD deployment support.
  • Oversee solution quality, performance optimization, and security compliance.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and UX teams to shape technical feasibility and design.
  • Act as the technical point of contact for Sitecore-related topics across the organization.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Sitecore development, with at least 2 years in a lead or architect role
  • Proven expertise with Sitecore XP 9.x/10.x, including SXA, xConnect, and Sitecore Headless (JSS or Next.js)
  • Strong knowledge of .NET Core / ASP.NET MVC, C#, Web API, and related Microsoft technologies
  • Experience with containerization (Docker) and infrastructure-as-code
  • Familiar with modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular)
  • Experience designing and deploying cloud-based solutions (Azure PaaS, Azure DevOps, Docker)
  • Solid understanding of component-driven design
  • Experience with serialization tools like Sitecore CLI, Team Development for Sitecore (TDS) or Unicorn
  • Integration experience with third-party platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Coveo, Adobe Analytics, etc.)
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tooling (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions)
  • Sitecore 10 .NET Developer Certification

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Sitecore Composable DXP and SaaS offerings (Sitecore XM Cloud, CDP, Personalize)
  • Prior experience transforming traditional Sitecore MVC implementations to Headless
  • Knowledge of content governance, localization, and multisite/multilingual setups

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management
  • Ability to lead technical discussions and code/design walkthroughs
  • Comfortable working in agile, fast-paced environments

The hourly pay rate for the successful candidate is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.  Temporary employees are eligible for paid holidays in accordance with dentsu policy, as well as safe and sick time. This position is not eligible for any other benefits or other compensation.<
