We’re looking for a Global Mobility Agent (Portuguese language) who will help the Global Mobility Team to make immigration and relocation process as smooth and seamless for our talents as possible. 

Whilst this role would suit someone who has immigration or relocation experience in Portugal, it is also open to those interested in this area who are willing to learn immigration processes in Portugal and other locations.

You need to be willing and ready to work remotely.

Job Description

What you'll do:

• Coordinate and prepare the documentation for immigration appointments and settle-in appointments for talents relocating to various destinations, mainly Portugal 
• Update and keep up to date our platform with regards to the activities that you are assigned
• Own and manage your own caseload proactively
• Learn from other experts in the team where required to provide adequate cover to the team, where required
• Support the Global Mobility Team with other tasks as required

Qualifications

What helps you to succeed:

• fluent communicator in English, knowledge of Portuguese is an advantage
• comfortable with working remotely
• comfortable with working with IT solutions
• knows how to prioritise & focus 
• have a natural ability to connect with foreign talent and empathize with their struggles
• independent 
• an excellent communicator in person and over written correspondence
• have project management skills like independence in running your work, are keen to take initiative, are good with strict timelines, and have strong attention to detail
