We’re on the lookout for a Fulfillment Customer Service & Data Analyst to join our expanding team and drive our company’s growth!

The Challenge

As our operations scale, the need for precise data analysis and seamless order fulfillment has become critical. We are looking for a Fulfillment Customer Service & Data Analyst to bridge the gap between supplier coordination, pricing accuracy, and customer service support. This role will ensure smooth order processing, maintain competitive pricing, and provide actionable insights that optimize both efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Day in the Life of a Fulfillment Customer Service & Data Analyst at GT Ecom

• Respond to customer service team inquiries about order statuses, ensuring accurate and timely updates.
• Regularly analyze and monitor product prices across various suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and profitability.
• Track and record price changes, ensuring the product listings on the website are updated accurately and in a timely manner.
• Assist in setting appropriate pricing strategies, taking into account market trends and supplier pricing updates.
• Verify supplier invoices for accuracy, ensuring the correct pricing, shipping costs, and any applicable discounts are applied.
• Maintain positive working relationships with suppliers, addressing any issues related to product availability, pricing discrepancies, or order delays.
• Ensure accurate and timely payments to suppliers, keeping records of all transactions and monitoring payment schedules.
• Record and maintain detailed records of pricing, invoices, and payment statuses to ensure transparency and accurate reporting.
• Provide regular updates and reports to management on pricing changes, order statuses, and supplier performance.

Important Numbers for this Role

• Successfully respond to and resolve 100 inquiries per day, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
• Deliver assigned projects on time with exceptional quality and attention to detail.

Your Team When You Join Us

You will be directly reporting to the Fulfillment Operations Manager who is based in China, working alongside team members in the Fulfillment Team mostly from the Philippines.

The Fulfillment Team is responsible for managing the entire order fulfillment process for all our brands. Their main tasks include coordinating with the suppliers to ensure that the orders are shipped in a timely manner and within the approved quality standards.

• At least 5 years of experience in e-commerce.
• Proven experience in customer service (CS) roles
• Proven expertise in data analysis, particularly using Excel
