Role Overview
Are you ready to lead in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment? Sodexo is seeking a Patient Services Manager 2 to join our team at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles (CHLA)—a nationally recognized pediatric hospital. This dynamic account offers Patient Services, Catering, Retail, and Convenience Store operations, with a room service-style meal program running from 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM daily. You’ll collaborate with highly engaged clients, frontline team members, and interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional patient dining experiences.What You'll Do
- Oversee daily patient meal service operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with dietary needs.
- Lead and develop a team of frontline associates, fostering engagement and high performance.
- Partner with clinical and interdisciplinary teams to support patient satisfaction and nutrition goals.
- Drive operational excellence through process improvements, quality assurance, and adherence to Sodexo standards.

Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experienceMinimum Management Experience - 2 yearsMinimum Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
