Then we are looking for you!</em></p> <p> </p> <p>Based in our corporate headquarters in Amsterdam, as part of the Global People Team, you are responsible for your own departments. In the role of People Business Partner, you will take ownership of:</p> <p> </p> <ol> <li>Strategic Business &amp; Functional Partnering: First point of contact for strategic and People policy related business for Global Supply Chain. Develop and execute the integrated people strategy. Act as the advisor on people matters, work closely with functional business leaders to drive employee engagement, organisational effectiveness and change managemnt priorities. Contribute to the strategic transformation of the function and drive value for the company by becoming the best connected brewer. Take subject matter ownership of major elements, such as organizational design, talent and performance management and reward.</li> <li>Talent Management: Develop interventions to improve and embed the functional talent population. Know the key talents and high potential candidates in the function to develop careers and identify developmental opportunities. Build talent pools  and execute succession plans. </li> <li>People Processes &amp; efficiency: Ensure that management and employees apply policies, processes, procesures and systems as intended which results in flawless People administration (including 100% data accuracy) with via People Operations.</li> <li>Project Management: Lead People Projects on HO level like roll-out of global processes, new tools, operational excellence, continuous improvement etc as well as cross functional projects.</li> </ol> <p> </p> <p>Are you the People Business Partner we are looking for?</p> <p> </p> <p>From your role, but also as a person, you know how to connect people. You are the one who knows how to get everyone on the same page. You are a proactive challenger, have great powers of persuasion and know how to get your stakeholders on board. Whether they are MT members or starting managers. You feel at home in a culture of continuous improvement and actively contribute to it.
