About the Role.

We are seeking an experienced Project Lead to drive the planning and execution of IT initiatives, with a focus on infrastructure and shared services. This is an individual contributor role that requires the ability to lead with influence, build trust, and guide cross-functional teams without direct managerial authority. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in IT project management and coordination techniques, and will excel in bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to complex initiatives.

What You'll Do.

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent IT projects, ensuring alignment on scope, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables.
  • Apply proven project management and coordination techniques, including work breakdown structures, dependency mapping, risk/issue tracking, and governance processes.
  • Serve as a central point of coordination between infrastructure, shared services, and other technical/business teams.
  • Drive accountability across teams through clear communication, proactive follow-ups, and timely escalations.
  • Prepare and deliver executive-ready project updates, status reports, and dashboards that synthesize complex information into actionable insights.
  • Apply Agile delivery practices, facilitating ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, and stand-ups when needed.
  • Promote a culture of process improvement, helping teams identify efficiencies in execution and reporting.

What We're Looking For.

  • 5-10 years of experience in IT project management, preferably within infrastructure or shared services domains.
  • Strong command of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) and tools (e.g. but not limited to, Jira, Rally, MS Project, Confluence).
  • Proven ability to influence without direct authority, gaining alignment and commitment from diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with experience preparing senior leaders and executive-level reporting.
  • Agile/Scrum Master certification or Agile coaching experience is a bonus.

The base salary for this role can range from $95,000 to $120,000 based on a full-time work schedule. An individual’s ultimate compensation will vary depending on job-related skills and experience, geographic location, alignment with market data, and equity among other team members with comparable experience
