We’re looking for an experienced, hands‑on Senior Test Systems Technician
to support, repair, and maintain a wide range of electrical and electro‑mechanical test equipment that keeps our facility running at peak performance. What You Will Do
In this role, you’ll be a go‑to expert supporting critical test equipment and operational systems. Your work will include:
- Perform troubleshooting, repair, overhaul, and preventive maintenance on electrical and electro‑mechanical test systems
- Execute advanced fabrication, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance activities across a wide array of electrical and electromechanical equipment.
- Perform detailed diagnostics using oscilloscopes, multimeters, function generators/specialized electronic test instruments, and other advanced test hardware; isolate faults down to the component level using schematics and technical prints.
- Drive component-level corrective actions, including identifying required replacement parts, sourcing or ordering components, and validating corrective work through functional testing.
- Develop and refine maintenance procedures, repair instructions, and troubleshooting workflows that improve equipment uptime and repeatability.
- Learn and operate all assigned test machines; perform maintenance and repair of pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanical, electromechanical, and electrical subsystems to ensure test station availability.
- Efficiently configure and instrument test stations according to engineering or divisional specifications, ensuring test integrity and compliance.

Qualifications You Must Have
- Typically requires an AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 8 years relevant experience
- Demonstrated hands‑on experience with electronic and electro-mechanical test systems
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, mechanical drawings
- Must be knowledgeable in all types of electronic test equipment and using schematics
- Experience identifying failure root cause of types of equipment down to the component level
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools for reporting, documentation, and data analysis
Qualifications We Prefer
- Familiarity with industrial PLC programming
- Familiarity with LabView and/or Visual Basic
