Cedars-Sinai Medical Center is seeking an outstanding Pediatric Endocrinologist to join a high demand and critical pediatric service within one of the nation’s leading health systems. For mid-career candidates with demonstrated leadership experience or administrative potential, leadership opportunities may be available in areas including clinical program development, quality, patient safety, operations, and strategic growth.
What you’ll do
- Provide evidence-based care for children and adolescents with an expansive range of endocrine conditions including type 1 DM, short stature, obesity, and thyroid abnormalities.
- Evaluate and manage patients in both ambulatory and inpatient settings.
- Collaborate closely with pediatric subspecialists, primary care physicians, diabetes educators, dietitians, nurses, and other multidisciplinary partners.
- Teach and mentor pediatric residents and medical students within a growing academic program.
- Participate in quality improvement, clinical innovation, scholarly activity, and multidisciplinary initiatives.
- Contribute to the continued growth and strategic direction of Pediatric Endocrinology at Guerin Children’s.
- For experienced candidates, assume administrative leadership responsibilities with opportunities to develop programs, improve operations, and mentor junior faculty.

Successful candidates must demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of clinical, hospital, and academic partners. Candidates should have a strong commitment to excellence in patient care, medical education, multidisciplinary teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Required Education and Certifications
- MD, DO, or equivalent
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatric Endocrinology
- Eligible for an unrestricted California physician medical license
- Eligible for appointment to the appropriate academic rank in the Cedars-Sinai Professorial Series
- Excellent clinical, teaching, and communication skills
Our Compensation Philosophy
We offer competitive total compensation that includes pay, benefits, and other incentive programs for our employees. The total pay range shown takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including knowledge/skills; relevant experience and training; education/certifications/licensure; and other business and organizational factors. This total pay range includes any incentive payments that may be applicable to this role. We also offer a comprehensive faculty benefits package.
Pay Range: $218,000 - $322,400 Total Cash Compensation
