At Welltech, we strive to be proactive wellness partners for our users, while continually evolving ourselves.</p><p><strong>What We're Looking For Sr. Buyer (Indirect).</strong></p><p>Administration and coordination of procurement processes within<strong> different purchase categories.</strong> Document flow administration, considering company policies and procedures, external legislation and tax requirements. Close cooperation with i<strong>nternal and external clients, local and foreign, informative and operational support. </strong><br/>This position assumes responsibility for defined areas of purchases with coordination of Procurement Manager.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><p><strong>Contracts management</strong>. Ensure timely contracts conclusion, approval and administration in line with business requirements in the area of responsibility, considering legislation and tax requirements</p></li><li><p><strong>Purchases support</strong>. Provide support with negotiations, administrative support to all requested purchases. Support business process from initiation of purchase to payment =&gt; to ensure process compliance and proper data storage.</p></li><li><p><strong>Business Partnership.</strong> Close cooperation with Stakeholders within the P2P process flow. Communication &amp; consulting on process and administrative support of Business requests.</p></li></ul><ul><li><p><strong>ERP workflow administration.</strong> Manage purchasing documents in ERP “Workday” including: Requisition, PO, supplier and invoice creation requests processing; contracts tracking; supplier data management in system</p></li><li><p><strong>Reporting and Compliance.</strong> Prepare monthly analytics &amp; reporting of the established Procurement KPIs. Ensure purchasing process compliance and maintain accurate process documentation.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Required skills</strong></p><ul><li><p><strong>Experience. </strong>Min 2+ years of experience in Purchasing or Procurement: dealing with similar Tasks, mentioned in Responsibilities part (negotiations, contracting, purchases administration and work in ERP)</p></li><li><p><strong>Technical skills.</strong> ERP knowledge and experience.
