• Experience of working with your hands, whether that’s in construction, manufacturing or even a hobby.
• Having experience working in facilities maintenance can be very helpful, but not necessary.
• It is helpful, but not necessary to have an art background. Understanding color and how to match color is a large part of what we do. If you are color blind than this is not the job for you.
• The training process is extensive so we are only interested in hiring someone who can make at least a 2-year commitment. That said, the repairs are common sense work that you'll observe, then do with supervision, and then on your own.
• Be clean as you work and when finished; keeping your work tools; vehicles and supplies neat and orderly. Appearance is everything! Our image is made by our technicians, their work and appearance.  

 We are a national franchise and are in the process of growing our local team. We are looking for a person to fill our field technician role. Both men and women make great Surface Experts techs, but there are a few requirements that help us determine whether someone will have the skill set to be able to learn quickly.

Bathtub Repair Technician:We are looking for someone who has experience in either the process of resurfacing or reglazing of fiberglass bathtubs.  Familiarity with the common tub building materials: fiberglass, gel coat, enameled steel and acrylic.  We repair damages to tubs that happen during or after installation. 
You'll be cross trained with other surfaces to be a fully equipped technician to allow various other repairs to make a part of your daily functions. Compensation: $38,480.00 - $48,000.00 per year
