The expansion plans are both vertical and horizontal (geographic) and both aspects require a high degree of AWS/Cloud competence. The best candidate is the one that combines best practices and engineering excellence together with continuous learning and improvement. At the same time, such a person must be able to accept that part of the job is making sure existing infrastructure is maintained.
