Transportation Specialist I, II, III, IV-Corpus Christi Area Office - (2601909) 
Position Information 

The Corpus Christi Area Office is seeking a Transportation Specialist who enjoys  working on a broad range of transportation projects including roadway rehabilitation, bridge construction, roadway construction and preventative maintenance. The candidate will also aid in the development of plans, specifications and estimates (PS&E). This position offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with licensed engineers, engineering assistants, construction inspectors, and other area office staff to deliver high-quality transportation projects. 

Annual Salary Ranges:
Transportation Specialist I  (B19) -  $48,244-$76,028
Transportation Specialist II (B20) -  $51,158- $81,351
Transportation Specialist III (B21) - $54,278- $87,046
Transportation Specialist IV (B22)-  $57,614- $93,138

This position is for one (1) Transportation Specialist I, II, III, or IV. The Texas Department of Transportation reserves the sole right in determining the level of position based on the applicant's work experience, education, skill level and all other appropriate factors, and based on business needs. 

 

Salary (Pay Basis)

: 48,244.00  

Maximum Salary

: 93,138.00  Yearly FLSA Status: Nonexempt
