<p>An extraordinarily talented group of individuals work together every day to drive TNS' success, from both professional and personal perspectives.<span>  </span>Come join the excellence!</p><p></p><h2></h2><h2>Overview</h2><p></p>The Software area is responsible for the development of computer programming systems and applications including the design, coding, testing and deployment of products and solutions to meet firm obligations.<h2></h2><p></p><h2><b>Responsibilities</b></h2><p></p><p><span>Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):</span></p><ul><li><span>Design and document software components that meet organization and industry standards.</span></li><li><span>Lead and mentor high quality software developers in accordance with organizational standards, technical requirements, and detailed designs.</span></li><li><span>Effectively participate in an agile team environment</span></li><li><span>Proactively communicate with members of your team.</span></li><li><span>Actively work with Project Management and QA teams.</span></li><li><span>Build relationships and awareness across multiple functional groups to develop solutions and operational processes to solve complex business challenges.</span></li><li><span>Foster a development process that is Agile, with Continuous Integration, and Continuous Testing</span></li></ul><h2></h2><p></p><h2><b>Qualifications</b></h2><p></p><ul><li><span>10+ years of experience developing complex, reliable applications </span></li><li><span>5+ years of leading and managing Software Development teams</span></li><li><span>Development experience with a client-server related application.</span></li><li><span>Experience with Javascript, Java, JSP’s and OO methodologies</span></li><li><span>React Native experience a plus.</span></li><li><span>Familiarity with web transport protocols (HTTP, HTTPS, SSL) </span></li><li><span>Experience with mobile platforms, Android or iOS.</span></li><li><span>Deep knowledge of the software development lifecycle, including scoping, planning, conception, design, implementation, deployment and maintenance.</span></li><li><span>Good problem-solving skills and ability to meet deadlines is a must.</span></li><li><span>Excellent communication and leadership skills</span></li><li><span>Must have a BS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent.</span></li></ul><p></p><p><span>If you are passionate about technology, love personal growth and opportunity, come see what TNS is all about!</span></p><p></p><p><span>TNS is an equal opportunity employer.
