Your Role
The Pharmacy Operations and Stabilization team provides management and end-to-end oversight of all Pharmacy operations, production stabilization issues, and drives issues from identification to resolution within a matrixed environment. The Pharmacy Operations Business Analyst Consultant will report to the Sr Manager, Pharmacy Operations and Stabilization. In this role you will lead the development of solutions for various Pharmacy Operations projects, enhancements, and incidents; develop and maintain business requirements and business process models for Pharmacy Operations processes; and provide analytical support. Working in a matrixed environment, the Business Analyst, Consultant will partner with cross-functional teams and external vendor partners to ensure alignment with stakeholders.

Your Work
In this role, you will:
Provide highly complex analytical support through the analysis and interpretation of data in support of cross-functional business operations
Lead the development of and build business cases for business initiatives (cost/benefit analysis)
Develop, prepare, and analyze reports with highly complex analysis and data for management review, and presents to various levels of management
Define business requirements and provide analysis to increase operational efficiency
Provide analytical support for multiple, highly complex cross-functional projects simultaneously, establish work plans and timelines, coordinate with internal and external resources
Develop and maintain business requirements, business process models, and other solutioning documentation.
Develop and maintain workflow processes and documentation

Your Knowledge and Experience
Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Requires at least 7 years of prior relevant experience
At least 5 years of experience health plan pharmacy strongly preferred
Requires experience with analytics and reporting tools such as Excel, Tableau, etc.
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills

This role requires employees to be in-office based on our hybrid workplace model, balancing purposeful in-person collaboration with flexibility. For most teams, this means coming into the office two days each week.
Employees living more than 50 miles from an office location will work with their manager to determine in-office time based on business need.
