Tech AI Lead

iKnowHow S.A. is a leading Software & Robotics Solutions company operating internationally. Within just a couple of years, our team has grown by more than 80%, we have moved into a new spacious and modern office, and we have embarked on several exciting projects in digital transformation, custom software, and robotics.

We are now looking for a highly motivated and skilled Tech AI Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for uncovering insights, analyzing data, and making data-driven decisions that drive business growth.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical point of contact for Data Science and AI projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and business needs.

• Understand and evaluate the technical implications of project requirements, providing guidance and recommendations.
• Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and risk management strategies.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, business analysts, and client stakeholders, to ensure project success.

• Facilitate clear communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into actionable business terms.
• Lead and mentor technical teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.

• Implement and oversee quality assurance processes, including code reviews, testing strategies, and compliance with industry standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field.
• Proven hands-on experience in Data Science and AI, with a strong technical background in: Machine learning, Deep learning, Data analysis, Visualization, TensorFlow/PyTorch/scikit-learn, Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Experience in Big Data (Hadoop, Spark) will be considered a plus.
• Demonstrated experience in managing and delivering Data Science/AI projects.
• Strong project management skills with proficiency in tools such as Jira, MS Project, or similar.
• Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in the banking or financial services sector is a strong advantage.
