We’re looking for a motivated leader with a passion for company culture to work in our dynamic, global organization. Collaborating closely with the Global Marketing team and Training & Resourcing, this role will help lead the way for how employees and prospective employees see and experience PSI.</p><p><strong>You will:</strong></p><ul><li>Develop PSI employment brand strategy aligned with the company’s mission and values and partner with country managers and department heads to implement it globally.</li><li>Partner with HR and Training & Resourcing to understand internal hiring needs and develop global employment branding campaigns to support hiring initiatives. </li><li>Lead and measure global employee engagement programs, e.g. recognition programs and engagement surveys. </li><li>Manage external employer award submissions and associated communication campaigns. </li><li>Oversee internal brand communication strategy. </li><li>Develop employment branding, social media, and digital campaigns with the PSI Marketing team</li><li>Research and report industry trends in employment branding and workforce dynamics to enhance PSI employment brand positioning and visibility</li><li>Develop and monitor recruitment advertising campaigns</li><li>Produce career-focused recruitment contact for PSI website, social media and PSI internal communication channels.</li><li>Oversee the team responsible for internal communication strategy. </li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>4+ years of digital marketing experience</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Humanities, or equivalent</li><li>Experience crafting global brand strategies for international companies</li><li>A passion for connecting people and working across departments and functions</li><li>Proven knowledge of digital marketing, content marketing, and recruitment marketing</li><li>Experience with Workday, SmartRecruiters, Salesforce or similar platforms</li><li>Excellent communication skills</li><li>Strong writing skills and basic knowledge of graphic design, style guides</li><li>Keen understanding of social media trends, tools, and technologies</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p><strong>About Us</strong></p><p>PSI is a passionate, organically grown, and award-winning full-service CRO who dares to be different.
